We like writing menus that reflect our clients personality as well as their tastes. During our consultations with our brides and grooms, we find that after a bit of discussion what to have as a main course can be easily agreed upon. However, when it comes to dessert -well that’s a different story !!
If you and your partner really cant agree – why not opt for a mini trio of desserts or if you have your posh pants on – an “assiette de dessert”
Here are some suggestions to help you get those ideas flowing :
Think about your theme. Macarons and crème brûlée for formal. Apple pie and chocolate brownie for something more relaxed or rustic.
Chocolate lovers ? How about a dessert trio combining a milk chocolate, a dark chocolate and a white chocolate.
Of course, as we all know, every good relationship is about compromise. How about the “your favourite, my favourite, our favourite” selection.
This is our personal favourite way of helping couples keep their day meaningful to them. Each chooses a dessert they like and the third is one they both enjoy.
