Accepting your allergies is all part of a days work here at Claret Catering, we understand that and are very familiar with catering for clients that have a more restrictive diet, including coeliac disease, dairy intolerances, and vegan diets.
Recently, we catered for a Dorset Wedding at Sopley Mill, the bride and groom requested an afternoon tea, served on our beautiful vintage china.
Amongst their 100 strong wedding reception family and friends, we served guests with gluten and dairy allergies, as well as vegetarians and pescetarians.
We were able to adapt and write a customised menu and make the right choices for bread, butter, cream, scones and cake ingredients as well as sandwich fillings.
The wedding day was a great success and of course, everyone was well fed.
In December 2014, a list of 14 specific food allergens was produced. As professional caterers we know that a lot of trust has to be placed in us to make sure that nothing eaten results in an allergic reaction.
