Our registered office is in Upton and we are proud to be a local, privately owned business. Established in 2010, we are owned and managed by Dawn Thompson who brings wealth of hospitality and catering experience spanning over 25 years.  We have catered for many different occasions and have a proven track record in being able to successful meet the catering needs of a wide variety of local private and business clients.

Our Ethos:

As one of the leading caterers in Dorset our emphasis is not only on providing good food and service also maintaining a great client relationship. Our ethos is that we will always go the extra mile for our customers and our staff are always on hand to solve any issues or concerns you may have. Through this, we are preferred caterers for a number of venues in the area.  As a family run business with over 25 years of experience in the industry, we have grown as a company through repeat custom and recommendations into the successful business we are today.

Our attitude:

We know that every event is different and we offer a bespoke service to cater for any individual requirements; making sure all our clients favourites are on the menu, no matter the scale of the event, the number of guests or the dining preferences.

Our staff are qualified and committed to providing the highest standards of customer care and know that whatever the event, entertaining for the host is both stressful and a lot of hard-work has been put into the planning of the day.   Our aim is to help with this and we are able to be given a brief and work with the client to help ensure that it is achieved.


Why are we different ?

We do :  offer a choice of products and services, which we can adjust to suit our client.

We don’t :   Tell our clients what they must have to eat.

We do:  Tell our clients what our prices include.

We don’t :  Offer a very cheap price and then add on all the extras after the booking has been confirmed.  We want to work with our clients over and over again.

We do:  Offer excellent service whether the brief is sandwiches for 6 or a marquee event for 600.

We don’t: Try to impress our clients the first few times that they instruct us and then let them down if a better contract comes along.

We do:  Offer service which is reliable, consistent and always value for money.
