What we collect, and why
When you submit an enquiry through the booking form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, event type, date and any notes. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to deliver the catering service.
We do not sell, share or otherwise pass on your data to third parties for marketing.
How the form works
The booking form on this site is delivered by Tally — a form service based in the European Union. When you fill in the form, your submission is transmitted to Tally and then to us by email. Tally's privacy policy is available at tally.so/help/gdpr.
Hosting and analytics
The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not run any third-party analytics or tracking tools on this site.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The Tally booking form may set a small number of functional cookies while the form is open — these are used only to make the form work and are discarded when you close it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you'd like to exercise any of these rights, or have any questions about how we handle your data, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
